Our Qualifications

NCM Financial Services was founded  in 1999 by Norris C. Ming.  He is a retired veteran of  the US Army with 24 years of military service, has extensive training in finance, money management and a degree in business administration.  His financial service qualifications incude years of  training in various financial products.  He has licenses in all lines of insurance, and has earned the designation of LUTCF from The American College.  Norris Ming has eight  years of continuous service as a Registered Representative of The O. N. Equity Sales Company, Member FINRA/SIPC.
